The Geek Out Weekend Round 3: Merchant Booth

This is a one week (7 days) opportunity to sell and showcase your merchandise at SM City Bacolod Main Matrium from August 25 to August 31, 2025 (Monday to Sunday)

Space includes:

• One 6×1.5 feet table
• 2 chairs
• Area of 6 feet x 7 feet

House Rules by the venue:

• Only the provided table cloth by SM City Bacolod can be used
• No tarps in front
• No written prices on merch
• Display racks can only be a maximum of 5 feet from the ground
• Your area must be clean and organized

By getting a slot you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the House Rules of the Venue.

Update list of merch not allowed by the Venue:

• Apparels (Shirts, Pants, Socks, etc.)
• Popmart collectibles
