Ticketed Events:

• Full Refunds: We will issue full refunds ONLY for events canceled by Creative Lokal.
• Partial Refunds: In the event of unforeseen circumstances that require significant modifications to the event (e.g., change of venue, significant schedule changes), we may offer partial refunds upon request.
• No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or changes in personal circumstances. We will not issue refunds for spots such as booth slots purchased in our event as when you book, it is already a lost opportunity for us and we have spent resources to have your order processed.
• Refund Requests: To request a refund for a ticketed event, please submit your request via email to hello@creativelokal.com within 14 days of the event date. Your request should include your name, order number, and a brief explanation for requesting a refund. We will review your request promptly and respond within 5 business days.

Physical Products and Merchandise:

• Return & Refund Window: You may request a return or refund for physical products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Exceptions: Refunds or returns may not be possible for personalized items, custom-made products, or downloadable digital goods.
• Return Process: To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us via email at hello@creativelokal.com. Include your name, order number, and the reason for your return/refund request. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and process your refund.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned product in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please Note: Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
